Service Completed: Custom Mid & Rear Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust system on this BMW M135i 2020, designed to improve exhaust flow, enhance sound, and give the car a more aggressive and engaging presence.

This build features a full mid and rear section cat-back exhaust system, upgrading the factory setup with a freer-flowing design for improved performance and responsiveness. The dual rear exhaust configuration enhances both the visual appeal and the overall balance of the exhaust note.

Compared to stock, the system delivers a deeper, more pronounced tone with increased volume under acceleration, while still maintaining a refined and controlled sound during everyday driving.

The dual rear setup adds a sportier, more purposeful look to the rear of the vehicle, perfectly matching the M135i’s performance-focused styling.

As with all of our exhaust work, this system was fabricated in-house using high-grade T304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean OEM+ finish.
