Service Completed: Custom Valved Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust system for this Volkswagen Polo GTI 2019, designed to deliver the perfect balance between performance, sound control, and aggressive styling.

This build features a full custom cat-back exhaust system paired with a valved rear back box, giving the driver full control over the exhaust tone. With the valve closed, the system maintains a refined, subtle sound ideal for daily driving. Open the valve, and the Polo GTI comes to life with a much louder, deeper, and more aggressive exhaust note.

The system is finished with twin staggered carbon fibre tailpipes, adding a sharp, high-performance look to the rear and perfectly complementing the car’s sporty design.

On the road, this setup offers improved exhaust flow and a more responsive feel, while the valved system allows for versatility depending on driving style and preference.

As with all of our work, this exhaust was fabricated in-house using high-grade T304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean, high-quality OEM+ finish.
