Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust upgrade on this BMW 330Ci M Sport (2006), designed to enhance sound, improve exhaust flow, and complement the character of the straight-six petrol engine.

This build featured a custom cat-back exhaust system, replacing the factory rear sections with a freer-flowing setup designed to reduce restriction and improve overall exhaust efficiency. The upgrade allows the engine to breathe more freely, resulting in a smoother, more responsive driving experience.

The new system delivers a deeper, more refined exhaust note, bringing out the natural tone of the inline-six engine with a more engaging sound under acceleration, while still remaining well-mannered during normal driving.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, long-lasting fit.
