Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust upgrade on this Ford Fiesta Zetec S (2010) 1.6L Petrol, designed to improve exhaust flow, enhance sound, and add a subtle performance-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle.

This build featured a custom cat-back system, replacing the factory exhaust from the mid section back with a more free-flowing setup. The upgrade allows the engine to breathe more efficiently, resulting in a slightly deeper, sportier exhaust note while maintaining excellent everyday drivability.

To finish the system, we fitted a curl-down tip, keeping a clean and subtle OEM+ appearance that suits the character of the Fiesta while still giving the rear end a refreshed and neater finish.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, long-lasting fit.
