Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust system on this Vauxhall Vivaro 2900 L1H1 CDTi (2015) 1.6L Diesel, designed to improve exhaust flow and enhance the overall driving experience while maintaining full practicality for everyday use.

This build featured a custom cat-back system, including both mid and rear sections, replacing the restrictive factory exhaust with a more efficient, free-flowing setup. The upgrade allows the engine to breathe more effectively, resulting in smoother delivery and a more refined diesel tone without compromising usability or comfort.

The system was designed to retain a clean, professional appearance suited to the vehicle’s working nature, while still benefiting from improved performance characteristics and reduced exhaust restriction.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, long-lasting fit.
