Service Completed: Custom Quad Exit Exhaust Conversion

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust transformation on this Volkswagen Transporter T32 TDI Shuttle (2019), upgrading both the styling and exhaust configuration for a more premium, performance-inspired finish.

This vehicle originally came equipped with a single exit exhaust featuring a curled-down tip. We re-engineered the rear section to create a custom dual exit conversion, carefully fabricated and designed to suit the proportions of the Transporter while significantly improving its visual impact.

To complete the build, we fitted twin tailpipes on both sides, creating a full quad exit appearance. This upgrade completely transforms the rear profile of the vehicle, giving it a more balanced, aggressive, and high-end look while still maintaining a clean OEM+ finish.

Although primarily a visual enhancement, the new system also optimises exhaust flow compared to the factory layout, improving efficiency while maintaining the refined diesel character of the 2.0 TDI engine.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise fit.
