Service Completed: Custom Downpipe-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust upgrade on this Honda Jazz 1.4L Petrol (2006), designed to improve exhaust flow and add a more distinctive tone while keeping the car practical for everyday use.

This build featured a custom downpipe-back system, replacing the factory setup with a more efficient design that allows the engine to breathe more freely. The result is a smoother driving experience paired with a deeper, more refined exhaust note that adds character without being overly intrusive.

To finish the system, we fitted a Jap-style exhaust box, giving the rear of the vehicle a subtle performance-inspired look while maintaining a clean and well-integrated appearance.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise fit.

This upgrade is a great example of how even smaller-engine vehicles can benefit from a well-designed custom exhaust system, both in sound and overall driving feel.
