Service Completed: Custom Dual Exit Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a bespoke rear exhaust upgrade on this Ford Focus ST, transforming both the look and sound of the vehicle with a more aggressive, performance-focused setup.

This build featured a custom dual rear exit system combined with a backbox delete, significantly improving exhaust flow and giving the car a much freer, more responsive feel. The result is a sharper, deeper exhaust note with a noticeable increase in volume and presence—perfectly matching the sporty character of the Focus ST without compromising drivability.

To complete the look, we finished the system with 4-inch double-skinned tailpipes, giving the rear end a bold, high-performance aesthetic while maintaining a clean, OEM+ style fitment.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise fit.
