Service Completed: Rear Exhaust Upgrade (Back Box Delete) with Twin Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a rear exhaust upgrade on this Ford Fiesta Zetec S (2015), featuring a back box delete to give the car a sportier sound and a more aggressive rear-end look.

By removing the factory rear silencer and replacing it with a custom-built section, we were able to free up exhaust flow and deliver a sharper, more responsive tone. The result is a noticeably louder and deeper exhaust note, especially under acceleration, while still remaining manageable for everyday use.

To complete the setup, we fitted twin tips, enhancing the visual appeal and giving the Fiesta a more performance-inspired finish that suits its sporty styling.

As with all of our work, this system was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring durability, a precise fit, and a clean, professional finish throughout.
