Service Completed: Custom Dual Exit Valved Cat-Back Exhaust with 4” Burnt Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke dual exit cat-back exhaust system for this VW Passat, designed to deliver both refined cruising and a more aggressive tone on demand.

This setup features a dual valved system, allowing the driver to switch between a quieter, OEM-style sound and a louder, more performance-focused exhaust note when desired. The custom-built mid section and rear exhaust improve overall flow, helping the engine breathe more efficiently while maintaining everyday drivability.

To complete the look, we fitted 4-inch slash cut tips with a burnt blue effect finish, giving the Passat a sharp, modern appearance with a subtle performance edge.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, high-quality finish.
