BMW 318d – Full Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Flexi at MIJ Exhaust

This BMW 318d came into MIJ Exhaust for the full works – a complete turbo back exhaust system designed to maximise flow, improve response, and unlock a more refined diesel performance feel. We fabricated a full stainless steel system from the turbo, including a new flexi section, through to the rear, ensuring durability, smooth gas flow, and perfect fitment throughout.

Replacing the restrictive factory setup, this turbo-back system allows the 318d to breathe far more efficiently, improving drivability while delivering a deeper, more purposeful tone for a diesel platform.

We’ve included before and after photos to highlight the transformation from OEM restriction to full custom stainless steel system.
