Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Straight Pipe Exhaust (Mid & Rear Section)

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently upgraded this Ford Fiesta Zetec TDCi with a bespoke cat-back straight pipe exhaust system, replacing the restrictive factory setup with a freer-flowing, custom-built mid and rear section.

From the factory, this Fiesta was fitted with a hidden curl-down exhaust tip, which the client wanted to upgrade so the tailpipes were fully visible and gave the car a more aggressive, finished look. With the right rear diffuser fitted, we were able to perfectly position and install the tailpipe design chosen by the client, transforming the rear end into something that really stands out.

The system was hand-fabricated using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring durability, a precise fit, and a clean finish. The straight pipe design improves exhaust flow and enhances the sound, while still remaining suitable for daily driving.

Although we don’t sell diffusers, we’re more than happy to fit customer-supplied diffusers, providing compatibility allows — helping bring the whole look together exactly how the owner envisioned it.
