This iconic 1991 Ford Fiesta RS Turbo XR2i rolled into MIJ Exhaust ready for a proper upgrade, and we delivered with a full downpipe-back exhaust system to unlock its true turbocharged character.

By replacing everything from the downpipe back, we significantly improved exhaust flow, giving the RS Turbo a sharper throttle response and a deeper, more aggressive soundtrack. The custom-built system was carefully fabricated to suit the car perfectly, enhancing performance while keeping that raw, old-school hot-hatch edge intact.

The new rear section finishes the car off beautifully, adding a cleaner, more purposeful look that matches the Fiesta’s legendary rally-inspired heritage. This was a hands-on build from start to finish, ensuring everything flowed, fitted, and sounded exactly as it should.
